- Onemind Services LLC certifies Partial STIR/SHAKEN Implementation under 47 CFR § 64.6305(b). All outbound IP-based traffic is signed and authenticated through our upstream carriers, Bandwidth and Flowroute, under their STIR/SHAKEN frameworks. Because specific non-IP interconnections remain outside the STIR/SHAKEN framework, Onemind Services has implemented a comprehensive Robocall Mitigation Program in compliance with FCC rules. This program includes strict customer vetting (Know Your Customer), ongoing traffic monitoring, cooperation with traceback requests, and enforcement actions against unlawful callers. Onemind is also in the process of obtaining its own STI-PA token and certificate to sign outbound calls in addition to upstream provider signing directly.

- Onemind Services LLC acknowledges that it has been the subject of FCC action relating to the Robocall Mitigation Database. On August 25, 2025, in DA 25-737, the Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau and Enforcement Bureau ordered the removal of Onemind Services LLC from the Robocall Mitigation Database due to a deficient certification and Robocall Mitigation Program description, as well as failure to respond to prior FCC notices. This action commenced with notices sent by the FCC in advance of the February 26, 2024 update deadline, which Onemind Services LLC did not timely respond to. On August 27, 2025, pursuant to DA 25-737, intermediate providers were required to cease accepting traffic from Onemind Services LLC. Status: Onemind Services LLC has since filed a revised certification and uploaded an updated, comprehensive Robocall Mitigation Plan. The company has also corrected its point-of-contact information and implemented internal compliance procedures to ensure future filings and FCC notices are addressed promptly. Findings: The FCC’s action was limited to deficiencies in the company’s Robocall Mitigation Database filing and lack of timely response to notices. There were no findings of wrongdoing regarding the company transmitting, encouraging, or facilitating unlawful robocalls. Corrective Measures: The company has designated a compliance officer, instituted ongoing monitoring processes, and committed to cooperating fully with traceback requests and FCC oversight going forward.
