Urban Communications relies on the Stir/Shaken implementation of Bandwidth our facilities provider. We operate a PBX and the SBC is controlled by Bandwidth. We rely on 64.6306. We do mitigate any robo calls by blocking any high volume internally.

Prior investigations / actions

Description
We were subject enforcement of the Robocall Mitigation Database enforcement on August 25, 2025. We have worked to correct those deficiencies, and we were unaware of the potential enforcement action. In August we attempted to find any notice of the pending issues but were unable to locate any notices from the FCC. We have applied for our own OCN and it has been granted and we therefore are able to then certify as option 1. We have now fully implemented Stir/Shaken with our cert issued by Transnexus.
