- Current status. LinkedPhone has not yet implemented STIR/SHAKEN on any portion of its network. All originated calls are subject to LinkedPhone’s robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 C.F.R. § 64.6305(a), including customer vetting (KYC), traffic analytics, authentication/usage controls, blocking on reasonable suspicion, and full cooperation with traceback. LinkedPhone responds to traceback requests within 24 hours and cooperates with the Commission, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium. Implementation plan. LinkedPhone has applied for expedited approval to NECA for an OCN (09-17-2025) and, upon issuance, will register with the STI-PA, obtain an SPC token and STI certificate, and enable signing using LinkedPhone’s certificate via in-house AS with attestation decisions made by LinkedPhone. The Company will update this filing to “Partial” upon commencement of signing and to “Complete” when all originated calls are signed. Target activation by November 7th, 2025, subject to OCN issuance and STI-PA approval. This filing will be updated promptly upon commencement of signing.
