Description
We were informed on 8/26/25 that due to FCC Order DA 15-737 our outbound voice services were being terminated. This is because we did not submit our updated filing in the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database by the deadline. We missed the deadline because our contact information was outdated in the FCC database and we did not get the requests to perform the update. Once we found out about it, we immediately updated our filing back to compliance and agreed to fully comply with the updated FCC requirements. On 08/29/25 we were notified by the FCC Enforcement Bureau that our filing was reinstated.
