Description
The FCC ordered on August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025 that our company be removed from the RMD for non-compliance. On August 28, 2025 we have submitted an updated filing as our original filing was incomplete and lacking in detail for the new requirements. As of August 29, 2025 the FCC has granted us a provisional reinstatement after we had submitted an updated and filing. There have been no final determination and our filing status is still a provisional reinstatement.
