(3) Current status: The company was provisionally reinstated to the Robocall Mitigation Database on September 10, 2025, following submission of a filing. The provisional reinstatement noted that Commission staff may contact the company to make additional changes. (4) Summary of findings: The removal orders were issued due to the absence of an active Robocall Mitigation Database filing. The company had understood the filing requirement to apply to upstream providers rather than to the company directly, and therefore had not submitted a filing. No findings of illegal robocall activity were made. (5) Final determinations: The removal orders of August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025 constitute the final agency actions to date. The company has since filed and been provisionally reinstated.
