Exemption rules
Central Point Networks, LLC is a non-facilities-based reseller of hosted VoIP services operating exclusively through an upstream platform provider (Skyetel) and its underlying carrier partners. The Company does not operate its own switching or transmission facilities, does not originate calls over its own network, and does not possess an Operating Company Number (OCN) or Service Provider Code (SPC) token. As such, STIR/SHAKEN implementation is not technically feasible at the Company’s level of operation. All call authentication responsibilities, including STIR/SHAKEN signing and attestation, are performed by the underlying facilities-based voice service provider(s) supporting the platform. The Company does not have the technical capability to independently implement STIR/SHAKEN and relies entirely on its upstream providers for compliance with call authentication requirements.
