Description: Description of Action and Agency: On August 25, 2025, the FCC ordered the removal of the filer from the robocall mitigation database for an alleged failure to remedy deficiencies in its prior the certification. Date Commenced: March 29, 2024. Summary of Findings and Final Determination. The FCC’s removal order found that the filer’s robocall mitigation database certification lacked all required information and made a final determination to remove the filer from the database. The FCC did not make any finding that the filer originated illegal robocalls. Status: The filer was provisionally reinstated in the database in September 2025 after providing a revised mitigation plan and certification that meets all applicable requirements.
