- 47 CFR § 64.6301(a)(4) SOTEK Solutions LLC provides managed IT services, including phone systems for customers. We do not directly operate SIP trunking or telecommunications networks. Instead, we procure wholesale SIP trunks from Vitelity, which has fully implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework and operates a robust robocall mitigation program. All calls originated on our customers' behalf are processed via Vitelity’s SIP trunks, ensuring compliance with STIR/SHAKEN and robocall mitigation requirements. As a result, our organization does not directly implement the STIR/SHAKEN framework, as this responsibility is managed by Vitelity, our upstream provider. In addition, we maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) information for all our customers, which enables us to identify and address any misuse of our services. We are committed to cooperating fully with the FCC, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium, responding to traceback requests within 24 hours, and taking necessary action to prevent the origination of illegal robocalls through our systems.
