- NuTech Services LLC certifies under 47 CFR § 64.6305(a) that it has not implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework on any portion of its network. This is because NuTech Services LLC relies on upstream intermediate providers (e.g., Flowroute) to deliver outbound VoIP traffic, and therefore does not have the technical ability to directly sign calls with STIR/SHAKEN. NuTech Services LLC has implemented a robocall mitigation program as required by 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), including customer vetting, traffic monitoring, and traceback cooperation. A detailed description is included in the attached mitigation plan.

- We were notified by our upstream provider on August 25, 2025, that our business had an unresolved deficient filing in the Robocall Mitigation Database. The deficiency related to a failure to submit updated certifications and a robocall mitigation plan by the required deadline. We submitted the required documentation and were reinstated in the Robocall Mitigation Database on August 29, 2025. The removal was based on the Company’s failure to submit updated certifications and a robocall mitigation plan by the February 26, 2024 deadline under 47 CFR § 64.6305. In August 2025, NuTech Services LLC was subject to a formal Commission action when the Enforcement Bureau issued removal orders on August 25, 2025, temporarily removing the Company from the Robocall Mitigation Database due to incomplete or insufficient filing information. These actions were based solely on administrative deficiencies in the Company’s certification and mitigation plan and were not related to any allegation or finding that NuTech Services LLC originated unlawful robocall traffic. After receiving clarification from the Enforcement Bureau regarding the filing requirements, the Company reviewed the applicable rules, updated its certification and robocall mitigation plan, corrected the deficiencies identified by Commission staff, and implemented internal compliance processes to ensure future adherence to Robocall Mitigation Database obligations. Current Status: The Company’s filing deficiencies have been cured, and NuTech Services LLC has been reinstated in the Robocall Mitigation Database. Final Determination: No final enforcement action, forfeiture, or adverse determination has been issued against NuTech Services LLC, and there is no ongoing investigation or enforcement proceeding related to this matter.
