The filer is a managed hosted PBX service provider that serves only authenticated end-user devices. It does not permit robocalling or auto-dialer systems on its network, and all traffic is originated by known, registered customers. Accordingly, the filer has no direct obligation to implement STIR/SHAKEN and meets its compliance requirement through its robocall mitigation program and reliance on the upstream provider for call authentication.

- Agencies involved and action/investigation: Federal Communications Commission, Enforcement Bureau (EB). The EB issued removal orders on August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025 covering providers with deficient RMD filings; FRN 0031450851 (Morris Communications d/b/a VoxLynk) appeared on the August 25, 2025 removal list (Appendix A). On September 5, 2025, the EB provisionally reinstated the Company’s RMD filing pending corrective updates. Date commenced / current status: The relevant action commenced with the August 25, 2025 removal order. Status: Provisionally reinstated (September 5, 2025); corrective updates submitted; additional revisions now completed per EB email. Summary of findings of wrongdoing / deficiency: The action did not involve findings that the Company originated illegal robocalls. The issue was a deficient RMD certification/mitigation description and failure to update by the February 26, 2024 deadline, compounded by non-responsiveness to FCC notices sent to a defunct email domain (jmorris@morriscomm.ltd). No separate findings of spoofing or unlawful traffic were issued. Final determinations: No final adverse determination against the Company regarding unlawful traffic. The Company has corrected CORES and RMD records, uploaded a compliant Robocall Mitigation Program, and implemented a Know Your Customer (KYC) plan as described in its mitigation document.
