- We are BPO provider that activates US numbers for our customers (B2B) and setup the inbound call flow to our servers to have them answered by our contact center agents. This is the main role of US numbers we activate and maintain. Outbound is occasionally generated as callbacks (for example after a voicemail is left by an US caller) or when a forwarding is set (ie between hours X and Y the calls should be forwarded to our customer US number). We don't provide transit for other companies or end users, and all our outbound calling to US (and not only) is enforced with our US numbers as CLID.
