- Itellum Limitada specializes in the termination of tollfree traffic for customers. Any customers we have that generate traffic have signed contracts that give us full right to immediately shut down any and all traffic of said customer when robocalls are detected. Although dialers are allowed we require any of the following to consider outbound traffic as non-robocalls: 1- Active customer list verification with immediate do-not call application. 2- Any traffic that generates an excess of 40% failure rate will immediately red flag the trunk and require admin intervention. 3- Any customer found to have used robocall tactics will be terminated immediately.
