Exemption rules: We are a VoIP reseller and use the Vitelity / Inteliquent platform for ALL outbound calls. Vitelity specifically handles this compliance for us as can be seen in the following article on their website: https://www.vitelity.com/frequently-asked-questions-about-stir-shaken/ To quote the relevant portion, "As part of STIR/SHAKEN compliance, Vitelity will sign and provide attestation for outbound call services. Signing will use a Vitelity certificate with unique customer identification so any complaints submitted to our robocall mitigation process via industry channels can be traced to specific customers on the Vitelity platform."
