35 FCC Rcd 3241, para. 40. Filer lacks access to the infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. However, we have implemented a Robocall Mitigation Program which is tweaked continually in an effort to improve our overall mitigation efforts (plan attached). Calls on our network can only originate from the end customer's telecom equipment which is authenticated and authorized using their unique IP address. Furthermore, a Caller ID can only be set to a number owned by a customer. Spoof detection logic has been implemented in our SBC to prevent unauthorized use of a Caller ID.
