- West One, LLC operates network components that are not fully IP-based, and therefore cannot yet directly implement STIR/SHAKEN authentication on its internal phone system. Outbound PSTN calls are delivered to the Company’s carrier partner, VoIP.ms, who applies STIR/SHAKEN where technically feasible. West One, LLC therefore claims the technical-limitation extension under 47 CFR § 64.6304 until remaining non-IP components are upgraded to enable full STIR/SHAKEN implementation.

- West One, LLC was the subject of FCC Enforcement Bureau Removal Orders issued on August 25, 2025. These Orders directed the Company’s removal from the Robocall Mitigation Database due to not being compliant in filing our RMD certifications by the Feb 26, 2024, deadline. West One, LLC operates a private internal voice system used exclusively by employees but does originate limited outbound calls to the PSTN. The Company fully cooperated with the Enforcement Bureau and submitted all requested information. On August 29, 2025, the Company received provisional reinstatement pending completion of additional corrective action. On November 11, 2025 the Company received a Provisional Reinstatement with additional information requested. On January 14, 2025 the Company received another request to correct our submission. On January 28th, 2025 the Company has submitted its updated RMD to the commission for reinstatement. The Company continues to cooperate with Commission staff and is implementing required measures to ensure full compliance with all applicable robocall mitigation rules.
