Exemption rules: Pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6304(a), our company qualifies for exemption from direct STIR/SHAKEN implementation because we do not obtain numbering resources directly from the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA) or the Pooling Administrator, nor do we operate facilities-based interconnections to the PSTN. We use voipinnovations for inbound and outbound . All outbound traffic is signed and authenticated with STIR/SHAKEN by Voipinnovations at the network level. Our role is limited to providing PBX/hosted VoIP solutions, and we therefore fall under the exemption for providers that do not control numbering resources or have direct interconnection obligations.

Description: August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025 - due to not updating RoboCall information for new deadline, we are a small operation consisting only of less than 10 customers of local business and do not resell to online or unknown parties, the update was missed with the amount of spam messages the inbox had received from random non FCC related messages offering third party paid services for FCC filings, however the emails from FCC.gov have now been filtered separately.
