- Convergentworks, LLC is not fully exempt from the STIR/SHAKEN requirements, but qualifies for Partial STIR/SHAKEN Implementation pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6301(a)(2) and (3). Convergentworks, LLC does not maintain facilities-based interconnection to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and does not have direct control over all call authentication functions. Instead, the Company relies on upstream carrier partners for call origination and termination, and those upstream providers apply STIR/SHAKEN authentication where technically feasible. Because Convergentworks, LLC cannot sign all calls end-to-end within its own network, it is unable to fully implement STIR/SHAKEN for every outbound call. Accordingly, the Company certifies under the Partial STIR/SHAKEN Implementation category and maintains a robocall mitigation program in compliance with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a) to address calls that are not fully signed.

- Description
- Convergentworks, LLC was subject to Robocall Mitigation Database removal orders issued by the FCC Enforcement Bureau on August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025 related to deficiencies in its Robocall Mitigation Database filing. The Company subsequently corrected the identified deficiencies and was provisionally reinstated on September 3, 2025. The Company continues to work with Commission staff to ensure ongoing compliance with the Commission’s rules.
