- Tele-Tec operates a business customer network in Austria all A-Numbers are assigned to these customers. With a direct relation between customer address and number. The customer is not able to modify this number. And since Tele-Tec does not do and allow international trading business over its network this limits already the possibility for Robocalls to fraud scenarios. To prevent possible fraud, we are monitoring our network with a technical an a financial layer of security by different systems. These systems are developed to detect and mitigate unlawful and fraudulent traffic using cutting edge technology. STIR/SHAKEN is not implemented. Tele-Tec will fully support all activities to prevent fraud and respond to all trace requests form low enforcement, industry traceback consortium and commission. We will work together with such entities to investigate and stop any illegal calling activities. In respect to the limitations due to restrictions of applicable law and regulations applied to you us by Austrian law an regulations. Unfortunately in the filling of the year 2023 I stated that Tele-Tec is also acting as a Gateway Service Provider as we are also providing Services using PSTN-Gateways in Austria. I think I understood now the difference between the technical term and the legal term of Gateway, please accept my apologize for that and I hope that I didn’t cause any inconveniences with that!
