- Under a limited scenario, if ServiceTitan's calls are not carried by its primary voice partner, its calls will route to an alternate failover voice partner to ensure delivery. Under that call path, ServiceTitan does not control the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. Accordingly, ServiceTitan does not have a STIR/SHAKEN obligation for those calls, consistent with the First Caller ID Report and Order. Out of an abundance of caution, ServiceTitan has selected partial STIR/SHAKEN implementation to reflect this limited scenario. All calls carried by ServiceTitan’s primary voice partner are subject to STIR/SHAKEN as that partner has enabled a process for ServiceTitan to authenticate calls using ServiceTitan’s SPC Token.
