- As a VoIP Reseller (SIP Trunks provided by Bandwidth CLEC) we do not own or managed the SBC's that the calls route to the PTSN through. Bandwidth CLEC signs the certificates of our outbound traffic and imposes their own STIR/SHAKEN Implementation on the traffic. Rader Solutions works closely with Bandwidth CLEC and will assist in any traceback requests. Rader Solutions does impose a number filtering system on its managed PBX's which do not allow origination calls from numbers not in their account. We believe we are fully compliant with the STIR/SHAKEN Implementations that the FCC has outlined, due to our relation with our vendor who provides us access to the PTSN via their network.; RADER falls under the category of a non‑originating reseller whose responsibilities relate to customer vetting, configuration integrity, and supporting upstream carrier compliance—not direct authentication. Since all PSTN origination is performed by Reinvent Telecom, Bandwidth.com and Microsoft, all of which are voice service providers listed in (and required to maintain filings in) the RMD, the MSP operates as a reseller/managed integrator, not as the originating provider
