- Upon receipt of notification of removal from the RMD from our SIP carriers on 8/25, TeleSpace commenced an internal investigation and found that the resources previously responsible for this are no longer with the company and there was no handoff performed. Hence why communications were not received properly from FCC.GOV. An immediate plan of action was developed to get this corrected and comply with all requirements. TeleSpace engaged our SIP carriers as well as USAC to correct and complete all requirements. Access to the RMD portal was gained on 8/29/2025. Our OCN was obtained on 9/8/2025 and our revised filing was submitted on 9/2/2025. I am updating the filing per request received for additional information including this field and the Principals, Affiliates, Subsidiaries and Parent Companies field.
