- Description
- On August 6, 2025, Voximplant, Inc. was removed from the Robocall Mitigation Database by the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC’s”) Order. On July 8, 2026, the Enforcement Bureau of the FCC and Voximplant entered into a Consent Decree for the purpose of terminating the Enforcement Bureau’s investigation into whether Voximplant violated section 64.6305 of the Commission’s Rules in connection with the Bureau’s removal of non-compliant providers’ certifications from the Robocall Mitigation Database. To resolve this matter, Voximplant agreed to appoint a Compliance Officer and implement a Compliance Plan and the Operating Procedures attached to the Consent Decree. Voximplant has since been reinstated to the Robocall Mitigation Database.
