Description: Caspian Technologies was subject to an enforcement action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Enforcement Bureau. The Bureau commenced this action with the issuance of Enforcement Bureau Order DA 25-737 on July 1, 2025. In DA 25-737, the Bureau determined that Caspian Technologies’ initial Robocall Mitigation Database filing did not sufficiently demonstrate compliance with the Commission’s Know Your Customer and Robocall mitigation obligations. As a result, the Bureau directed the removal of Caspian Technologies from the Robocall Mitigation Database. The Bureau’s findings and directive in DA 25-737 constitute the final determination in this matter. Caspian Technologies acknowledges the Bureau’s determination and has undertaken corrective measures to remedy the deficiencies identified, including the adoption and implementation of a revised Know Your Customer program and enhanced robocall mitigation plan. The Company has submitted a revised filing and respectfully seeks reinstatement in the Robocall Mitigation Database.
