Description: On August 25, 2025, the Company was notified by its third party service provider (Bandwidth Inc) of the publication of FCC Order DA 25-737, removing the Company from the FCC's Robocall Mitigation Database effective August 27, 2025. To the Company's best knowledge, it believes that it was removed from the Robocall Mitigation Database because it failed to submit its annual mitigation plan renewal in a timely manner. The Company immediately took steps to update and resubmit its annual mitigation plan through CORES and confirm its non-reseller and non-voice-service-provider status with Bandwidth. The Company obtained a provisional restoration to the Robocall Management Database contingent on acceptance of its filing renewal.
