- Yes. Our company was subject to removal orders from the FCC Enforcement Bureau regarding our Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) filing on August 6, 2025, and August 25, 2025. These actions resulted from missed communications on our end and incomplete updates to our mitigation information. We did not revise our filing as requested at that time. We have now reviewed the prior correspondence, implemented the required updates, enhanced our KYC and robocall mitigation processes, and responded promptly to Commission staff.
