JMF Solutions, Inc. is a VoIP reseller operating entirely as an intermediate provider for downstream businesses and end users. We do not terminate calls directly to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). Instead, all calls that originate on our network are routed to upstream carriers who are responsible for implementing the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework. All calls originating from our network are transmitted to carriers who are compliant with the STIR/SHAKEN requirements. We maintain a robust robocall mitigation program in compliance with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), which includes vetting customers, monitoring traffic, and responding to traceback requests within 24 hours. We are aiming to have complete implementation of STIR/SHAKEN by March 1, 2025.
