- Agencies Involved: Federal Communications Commission (FCC) – Robocall Mitigation Database Commencement Date: August 25, 2025 Current Status: Resolved. Following our removal from the database, we conducted a comprehensive review of our policies and infrastructure. We have implemented significant improvements, including a fully revised Robocall Mitigation Plan that establishes robust procedures to prevent illegal robocalls, enhanced KYC requirements for customers, and strengthened compliance measures. We have since been restored to the Robocall Mitigation Database and are in full compliance with FCC requirements. Findings of Wrongdoing: No formal findings of wrongdoing were issued. The matter stemmed from administrative compliance issues related to the completeness of our Robocall Mitigation Plan submission rather than substantiated violations of robocall regulations.
