Exemption rules: We do not have a VOIP system, we use 3rd party services such as Bandwidth and Vonage to organize delivers on behalf of our customers. We make calls on behalf of IKEA, they require customer contact consent before the customer can purchase home delivery. IKEA is the party that implements the KYC plan at the point of checkout. Their delivery customer have to agree to be contacted in order to be allowed to book a delivery service. We do not use any third party analytics, we simply notify IKEA as to whether the customer was contacted or not. Businesses do not directly implement STIR/SHAKEN, we rely voice service providers to handle the signing and verification process, we have met identity verification requirements and and have a robust robocall mitigation plan providing the customer with a immediate and simple way to opt out of all future calls.

Description: I have not been made aware of any robocall violations by my company. I was simply sent an email on August 25th stating that my company was being barred from using Bandwidth to make scheduling arrangements for IKEA deliveries. It is very difficult to provide any information because I have no information as to what the issue is. I have not received any information beyond the afore mentioned email that there is an investigation or that I am accused of any wrongdoing. I am unaware of any final determinations.
