Furthermore, we do not have the capability of initiating automatic dialing. This is the second time we've filed this. If you need more details, you need to let us know exactly what details you need. FCC rule 47 CFR § 64.6305(b)(2) requires a voice service provider that has not fully implemented the STIR/ SHAKEN authentication framework across its entire network to upload a robocall mitigation program (RMP) description. This description must explain the specific reasonable steps the voice service provider is taking to avoid originating illegal robocall traffic as part of an RMP. The description must be filed in the RMD.
