Description: The FCC Enforcement Bureau issued Order EB-TCD-24-00036891 on December 10, 2024, identifying deficiencies in TeleConnx Inc’s RMD certification. TeleConnx responded via certified mail and email on December 17, 2024, citing portal access issues that prevented timely correction. No response was received. Subsequently, the FCC issued removal orders on August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025, citing deficiencies in our certification. These findings included: 1. Failure to update our certification with required details, including prior FCC notices, 2. Inadequate description of know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. These removal orders constitute final determinations of deficiency under 47 CFR § 64.6305, as clarified in the Bureau’s correspondence. TeleConnx was provisionally reinstated on August 29, 2025, and we are currently awaiting full approval of our updated robocall mitigation plan and certification. No enforcement action alleging fraud, spoofing, or unlawful robocalling has been brought against TeleConnx, and no findings of willful misconduct or unlawful activity have been issued to date.
