Prior investigations / actions

- Summary of actions in prior 2 years: On August 6, 2025 (DA 25-694) and August 25, 2025 (DA 25-737), the FCC Enforcement Bureau removed a predecessor filing associated with the PhoneIQ brand (Xentric LLC d/b/a PhoneIQ, RMD0007149) from the Robocall Mitigation Database for failure to update the certification and plan as required by the amended rules effective February 26, 2024. Following those Orders, operations continued under Phone IQ, Inc., which filed a new certification with an updated robocall mitigation plan and corrected entity details. On September 4, 2025, the Bureau provisionally reinstated our filing, subject to further staff review. Current status & commitments: Phone IQ, Inc. has implemented a comprehensive robocall mitigation program, enabled STIR/SHAKEN on IP traffic where technically feasible, responds to traceback requests within 24 hours, and maintains internal controls to keep the RMD entry current (including updates within 10 business days for any material changes). We will continue cooperating fully with Commission staff and promptly correct any deficiencies identified.
