Pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(1), our company qualifies for the small provider exemption from STIR/SHAKEN implementation. We are not a gateway provider and do not handle international traffic. Despite this exemption, we are registered with the STI-PA under OCN 122K and we serve end-users as a voice service provider. We use a third-party switch vendor and voice service provider, and they are tasked with executing the STIR/SHAKEN protocol for our network. Additionally, we maintain a robust RMP including customer vetting, call blocking, and traceback cooperation, as detailed in our attached program description.
