- There was a removal order issued on 8/25/25 because the FCC said we did not respond to their request for additional information for our robocall mitigation plan. We never received any formal letters or emails. On 8/25/25 we updated our mitigation plan. Current status is provisionally reinstated under corrective review per Enforcement Bureau per email dated 9/3/25. We have expanded our robocall plan to include full KYC procedures and monitoring, escalations, and termination controls. Revised document is attached with this submission. Reply to email dated 2/5/2026 Enforcement / Regulatory Action Description (1) Law enforcement or regulatory agencies involved: Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Enforcement Bureau. (2) Date the action or investigation was commenced: The Enforcement Bureau issued removal orders related to the Company’s Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) filing on August 25, 2025. (3) Current status of the action or investigation: The Company’s RMD filing was provisionally reinstated on September 3, 2025. The matter remains under administrative review pending confirmation that all requested filing corrections have been completed. (4) Summary of the findings of wrongdoing made in connection with the action or investigation: The Enforcement Bureau’s action was based on administrative and disclosure deficiencies in the Company’s RMD filing, including insufficient detail in certain required fields (such as enforcement history disclosures and Know-Your-Customer descriptions). The Enforcement Bureau did not make any finding that the Company originated, facilitated, or transmitted illegal robocalls, nor did it find that the Company was the source of unlawful robocall traffic. (5) Whether any final determinations have been issued: No final enforcement determination has been issued. The action is procedural and corrective in nature, and resolution is contingent upon completion and acceptance of the Company’s updated RMD filing. Best Regards
