Message Logix is in the process of implementing STIR/SHAKEN; however, progress has been delayed because the Universal Service Administrative Company (“USAC”) only made 2026 service start dates on Form 499 available in early March. This form is required to obtain a Form 499 Filer ID, which in turn is necessary for iconectiv to process the SPC token application, a prerequisite for implementing STIR/SHAKEN. According to the STI-PA policy, iconectiv only processes SPC token applications once the Form 499 Filer ID is reflected in the FCC Form 499 Filer Database, which occurs once a month around the 20th day of each month. Message Logix will update its Robocall Mitigation Database certification once it is able to fully implement STIR/SHAKEN.
