- The filer is exempt from full STIR/SHAKEN implementation pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6304(a)(1), which provides an exemption for providers that originate calls on a non-IP or non-SIP network. The filer is a small voice service provider and does not originate SIP-based calls. Its PBX infrastructure is not capable of supporting traffic signing, and thus STIR/SHAKEN cannot be implemented on its own equipment. All outbound voice traffic is delivered via its upstream carrier, Bandwidth.com, which handles STIR/SHAKEN signing on behalf of the filer. The filer only serves direct customers with zero robocall risk tolerance and maintains a strict robocall mitigation program consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a). It takes reasonable steps to prevent illegal robocall traffic and promptly responds to traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, or the industry traceback consortium.
