We are an MSP hosting customer-owned PBXs, specifically mostly 3CX. These systems have no ability to sign. Therefore this would fall under the lack of control of the infrastructure exemption. We do not provide any sort of SIP trunking or pass-through origination of any kind, only managed servers. These provide only a direct end-user-originated call service (standard office phone service).
