Computer Technologies Group is a VoIP service provider. We do not provide direct carrier interconnects. All call origination and termination is handled exclusively by VoIP Innovations, a certified and compliant upstream provider in the FCC’s Robocall Mitigation Database. We were re-instated into the RMDB after the initial removal last month. I have answered and filled out all questions to the best of my ability.

Prior investigations / actions

Description
We did not complete the Commissions' request in a timely matter because the email address where the request went to, was not being monitored properly. Our Attorney at the time, Kris Twomey did not respond to the request so the removal orders of 08-6 and 08 26 2025 removed our company from the RDBMS. As soon as we learned that we were no longer active in the DB, we updated our filing and requested re-instatement. We are now updating our filing again, since we did not realize that not updating the filing was considered wrongdoing. We have also updated our AUP to include a list of events that will not be allowed or tolerated. These are: 1. No automatic dialers or auto calling equipment. 2. All calls must originate from client's premises or equipment 3. Unlawful activities that violate applicable laws or regulations whether local, national or internaytional. 4. Transmit, store or distribute any material that will violate any applicable law or regulation. 5. Any type of fraudulent activities. 6. Harmful activities that can hurt anyone, including our network, our clients. This include but are not limited to DDOS and breach attacks. 7. No outbound unsolicited communications. 8. We will at our own discretion, terminate access to services if we believe that a client is violating our AUP. Additionally, we will honor and respond to any report of any violation and will work with law enforcement to produce any data that might be needed.
