- Description of Action and Agency: On August 25, 2025, the FCC ordered the removal of the filer from the robocall mitigation database for an alleged failure to remedy deficiencies in its prior the certification. The FCC’s removal order found that the filer’s robocall mitigation database certification lacked all required information and made a final determination to remove the filer from the database. The FCC did not make any finding that the filer originated illegal robocalls.
