- Agency: FCC Enforcement Bureau Action: Removal from Robocall Mitigation Database per Order DA 25-737 Date Commenced: August 25, 2025 Current Status: RESOLVED - Provisional reinstatement granted September 3, 2025 Summary: Administrative removal for missed annual recertification deadline. This was NOT due to illegal robocalling, spoofing, or any operational violations. The removal was solely for failing to complete annual recertification by the required deadline. Findings: No findings of wrongdoing related to robocalling or spoofing. No traceback requests or complaints in company's 20+ year history. The action was administrative in nature for missed filing deadline only. Final Determination: Provisional reinstatement granted September 3, 2025 after immediate correction of filing deficiency on August 26, 2025. Company remains in full compliance with all RMD requirements. Note: Company never received the FCC's notification emails regarding the recertification requirement, though we acknowledge responsibility for tracking compliance deadlines. Email server logs confirm no FCC emails were received. New procedures implemented to prevent future occurrences.
