- We are a foreign voice service provider based in Ontario, Canada. Our operations fall under FCC 47 CFR § 64.6305. As a foreign voice service provider, RingOffice originates and terminates calls primarily within Canada, and uses third party intermediate providers for any traffic traversing, originating or terminating in the United States. Our next hop Intermediate Carriers, Bandwidth.com (RMD0003709), VoIP Innovations (RMD00034048) and Bulk Solutions (RMD0022777379), sign our originating calls with Attestation ‘B’, as we have dedicated SIP Trunks with each and use DIDs provided by each. We have not been prohibited from filing a certification in the FCC’s Robocall Mitigation Database. RingOffice Corp., nor any of our executives or principals, have a history of enforcement actions for illegal robocalls, TCPA or TSR violations or related state law violations. We use the affirmative and effective measures detailed below to prevent the origination or transit of illegal robocalls.
