Prior investigations / actions
- Description
- GreenLink Networks, registered in the Robocall Mitigation Database as GRNLK Corp, was identified by the FCC as having an incomplete Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) certification related solely to missing or outdated filing information. The matter concerned administrative compliance with certification requirements and did not involve any allegation of unlawful robocalling activity. 1. Agencies Involved: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Enforcement Bureau, and the Wireline Competition Bureau. 2. Date Commenced: The matter began with a Wireline Competition Bureau deficiency notice on March 29, 2024, followed by a Show Cause Order issued in December 2024. Formal action occurred upon release of the Enforcement Bureau Order dated August 25, 2025, which removed GreenLink Networks' certification from the Robocall Mitigation Database. 3. Current Status: GreenLink Networks is provisionally reinstated. • On August 26, 2025, Evan Longoria filed the mitigation plan and submitted a request for reinstatement to the FCC via the email address provided by the Enforcement Bureau at RMDreinstatementRequest@fcc.gov. • GreenLink Networks was provisionally reinstated on September 2, 2025. 4. Summary of Findings of Wrongdoing: The FCC Enforcement Bureau determined that GreenLink Networks' RMD certification was deficient due to the absence of a robocall mitigation plan, as required under 47 CFR § 64.6305. No finding of unlawful robocalling activity was made. GreenLink Networks conducted an internal review to determine the root cause of the non-compliance. That review found that prior FCC email notices had been intercepted by the company's internal spam filtering system and were never delivered to the responsible personnel, Evan Longoria. GreenLink Networks acknowledges that the failure to file the mitigation plan was an administrative error and took corrective action as quickly as possible upon becoming aware of the deficiency by updating the filing and requesting reinstatement. 5. Whether Any Final Determinations Have Been Issued: No final determination has been issued. The matter remains pending. GreenLink Networks was provisionally reinstated as of September 2, 2025, and this updated filing has been submitted in direct response to the Enforcement Bureau's email dated May 12, 2026, requesting additional details regarding the enforcement action.
