Description: The FCC under DA 25-737 on August 25, 2025 ruled that we were not in compliance with the Robocall Mitigation certification and thus within two business days of the release of that order all intermediate providers and voice service providers had to cease accepting traffic from us. Our status in the RMD was removed as of August 27, 2025 as we were deemed non-compliant. When we were made aware of this ruling on August 25th, we immediately began our own internal investigation into the matter. It was determined that emails from the FCC were not being delivered to the proper email address, and thus we had no record of the notices being sent. We revised our RMD filing and uploaded our revised Robocall Mitigation Program and are currently working to be compliant. Our status in the RMD has been provisionally reinstated as of August 29, 2025.
