Description: We were issued removal orders by the FCC on August 6, 2025, and August 25, 2025. We did not previously file because we are not the company responsible for the infrastructure and call handling; instead, RingLogix, LLC (RMD0002349) is responsible. RingLogix, LLC acts in the call chain as a voice service provider with full STIR/SHAKEN implementation serving end-users. As a reseller, we cannot implement STIR/SHAKEN. We believed that a filing from us was unnecessary. After receiving the removal orders, we have gained a better understanding of the process and are now submitting this certification. The original outcome was removal from the database by the FCC for failing to file. Since then, we have received a provisional reinstatement on Sept 15, 2025. The matter is still pending the final acceptance of this application.
