Our VoIP service provider has fully implemented the STIR/SHAKEN framework and provides the authentication and signing of all our calls. We do not operate our own network or originate calls that require STIR/SHAKEN implementation. However, we take reasonable steps to avoid illegal robocalls, monitor traffic, and fully cooperate with traceback requests. Also, Phoenix Techforce has less than 50 voice customers and all customers are located within 20 miles of our office.
