The Company is a domestic non-facilities-based reseller and is not claiming foreign-provider status. Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 64.6305(d)(2)(i), the Company is unable to implement STIR/SHAKEN due to a lack of control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. Customer 3CX systems are hosted as customer-dedicated cloud instances and communicate directly with the Company’s Upstream Carriers (Flowroute and VoIP Innovations) for PSTN connectivity, and the Company does not operate the carrier network infrastructure where STIR/SHAKEN authentication/signing is implemented on the public network.
