Description
On August 25, 2025, the FCC Enforcement Bureau removed VoIP Ease, LLC from the Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) due to deficiencies in our original filing and Robocall Mitigation Plan. This was not the result of any investigation or finding of wrongdoing. We failed to respond to FCC notices because the point of contact listed in the RMD had transitioned to a different role within the company, and the contact record was not updated in time. As a result, critical communications from the FCC were not routed to the correct personnel. These issues have since been fully addressed. We submitted a revised Robocall Mitigation Plan, updated our certification, and corrected our RMD contact information. We were provisionally reinstated in the RMD on August 29, 2025, and await final confirmation.
