Description: Xpro Networks LLC failed to file required mitigation plan and implementation due February 26, 2024 with additional requirements determined by the Commission and did not respond to notices sent leading up to and since that time. We were removed from the RMD database and seek reinstatment with certification and a pledge to do all required. A combination of health and other personnel related challenges contributed to the previous omissions and Xpro Networks has sent a requested explanation and revised plan and certification for the commissions RMD resinstatement authority. We pledge going forward strict adherence to filing rules and procedures, and assure the commission that we will continue to maintain top level effort and results in preventing unwanted and illegal robocalling, faxing, and texting activity. This is promised. To our knowledge no final determinations have been issued preventing us from filing and we are prepared to do all necessary and required going forward and at the commissions direction to maintain certified status on the database and believe we are required and able to choose option 1 of certification below.
