FCC 24-120: CellTrust lacks control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN and qualifies as a Value-Added Service Provider under existing ATIS Standards and FCC precedent making us exempt from the third-party authentication Order. While CellTrust has implemented measures to authenticate callers and prevent robocalls, as a VASP, the full implementation of STIR/SHAKEN is conducted by our Service Provider vendors, and calls originating through CellTrust's offerings have complete STIR/SHAKEN implementation through collaboration with vendors to prevent illegal robocall traffic.
