- Acrosonic Corporation has been the subject of formal Commission enforcement actions within the past two years. Specifically, the FCC Enforcement Bureau issued Removal Orders on August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025 (DA-25-737A1) directing the temporary removal of the Company from the Robocall Mitigation Database due to deficiencies identified in its previously filed robocall mitigation plan. Acrosonic Corporation has since cured the identified deficiencies by revising its robocall mitigation plan, updating its certifications in the RMD, fully implementing the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework across its entire IP network, and reaffirming its commitment to respond fully and within 24 hours to traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, and the Industry Traceback Group. The Company is currently provisionally reinstated and continues to cooperate fully with the Commission to ensure ongoing compliance with 47 CFR § 64.6305 and all applicable rules.
